Frequently Asked Questions - Updated May 2026

Do I have to be a member of NCRAF to attend the workshops?

Yes, you must have a current active NCRAF membership to attend.

However, becoming a member is easy!  Just register online; currently membership is only $50 (or, if you are a student or unemployed jobseeker, a discounted rate is available).  You do *not* need to live in North Carolina to benefit from membership.  All of the Workshop sessions, and most of our other programs, are available by remote/hybrid access, and are also recorded for later access by current members.

Does the initial registration fee for the Workshop include access to ALL of the sessions?

Yes, this one-time fee includes the full series!  Please note that access to the materials lasts until April 30th of the next year - just as the next Workshop series is about to start.

What if I am unable to attend all of the sessions?

We’ll miss you, but we do record all of the presentations and post the recordings in NCRAF's LMS (https://ncraf.mclms.net/en/) so attendees can review at their convenience.  We will not be able to make any pro-rated refunds if you drop out of the workshop; however, the recordings and presentations will continue to be available to you via the NCRAF LMS website through April of the next year.

Will I get Continuing Education Credits for attending the workshop?

Each NCRAF Workshop hour attended equates to 1 continuing education credit. However, NCRAF does not issue Certificates for the workshop. Claim the appropriate CE credits when the time comes to re-certify with your professional society.
