The North Carolina Regulatory Affairs Forum (NCRAF) and the American Medical Writers Association Carolinas Chapter (AMWA Carolinas) are pleased to announce their fourth annual joint networking and educational event!
Successful regulatory submissions depend on more than strong documents—they depend on strong collaboration. Join AMWA Carolinas and NCRAF for a panel discussion featuring four experienced professionals from regulatory affairs and medical writing as they explore what it really takes to work effectively across functions. Our conversation will span logistical challenges in complex submissions, clarifying document ownership, improving communication, managing expectations, and building stronger cross-functional partnerships. Whether you're in regulatory affairs, regulatory medical writing, work closely with either function, or want to learn more about these careers, you'll leave with strategies to streamline collaboration, reduce friction, and help your next submission run more smoothly.
Enjoy an hour of in-person networking, appetizers, and drinks, followed by a 90 minute (hybrid) discussion moderated by Laura Bisogno and Mackenzie Dickson  with an open floor for discussion.

Panel Discussion 6:30-8:00 pm (hybrid)

Event registration through Sept. 10 is $35 in-person (employed), $15 for in-person student/unaffiliated; $15 for remote attendees.

From Sept. 11 through event date, $45 in-person (employed), $25 for in-person student/unaffiliated; $15 for remote attendees.

NOTE: you do *not* need to be an NCRAF member to attend. If you are not a member, the website may ask you to sign up as a "new user" but this is no cost attached to this.
